Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions of Backbeat Collective Music Last Updated: 27th April 2024 Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in any course or program offered by Backbeat Collective Music you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your enrolment in any course or program at any time. Upon cancellation, no further payments will be processed, but no refunds will be provided for any amounts already paid. Payment: All fees for courses and programs are due in full upon enrolment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your enrollment. Course Modifications: Backbeat Collective Music reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any course or program, including changes to instructors, curriculum, and schedules. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify enrolled students in advance. Student Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination of enrolment without refund. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to the curriculum, videos, recordings, and written content, are the property of Backbeat Collective Music may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without prior written consent. Limitation of Liability: Backbeat Collective shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your enrolment in any course or program. Privacy Policy: Backbeat Collective respects your privacy and will only collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
